La “Villa du Parc”:

In order to have a great break or holiday, you need to sleep well, relax, let the children play safely, have open spaces and freedom...feel at home.
The “Villa du Parc” is a 1930s manor house, surrounded by a 8,000 square meters parc with ancient trees and a magnificient view of the Pyrenees.
It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Prades (with its cafes and restaurants).
The Villa was recently refurbished and split in studios (sleeping 2) and apartments (sleeping 3 to 7) to welcome a maximum of 17 people.
You may rent for a night, a few days or a few weeks.
For your comfort, you will find sun loungers, children’s games (such as a giant trampoline), a swimming pool, a BBQ area, a sauna and jacuzzi in the parc.
The main house disposes of a spacious sitting and dining room with an open fireplace, internet access, magazines, books, board games and a DVD projector.
The large garage is a safe place to leave bikes, motorbikes, skis etc.
