Each apartment sleeps 3 or 4 people and has a terrace, two bedrooms, a sitting room, kitchen and one or two bathrooms.

Apartment 1 (sleeps 4)

Within the new house, on the ground floor with a terrace, its surface approx. 64 m².
One double bedroom (bed 1,60 x 2 m), one room with two single beds (0,80 x 2 m).
Living room with sofa, extendable table (8 pers.), Sat-TV (Astra), Hi-Fi, DVD- Player, wlan, open kitchen (ceramic hob, hood, fridge, dish washer, microwave/grill oven, sink, cutlery, pans etc.).
One bathroom with shower, one with bathtub, 2 toilets.

The “extras”:
- you can rent this apartment with one, two or three seperat rooms on the first floor.

Apartment 2 (sleeps 4)

Situated in the garden house, ground floor with terrace, surface approx. 70 m².

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1,60 x 2 m), one with two single beds (1,90 x 2 m), sitting room with a sofa bed, Sat TV (Astra), HiFi, wlan. Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, dish washer, microwave, hood, sink and kitchenware, pans etc.
Two shower rooms and two toilets.

The “extras”:
- you may rent with apartment 3 and have the whole house,
  sleeping 7 (up to 8 if using one of the sofa beds).

Apartment 3 (sleeps 2+1)

Within the garden house, first floor with terrace, surface approx. 48 m².

Two bedrooms, one single room (leading to the bathroom) perfect for kids,and one bedroom with a double bed, sitting room with a sofa bed (1,40 x 2 m), Sat TV, wlan, Hifi, kitchen, 2 ceramic hobs, sink, microwave/grill oven, fridge, tableware and pans.

Apartment “Janine” (sleeps 4)

Just opposite the road (aprox. 200 m from the main house) but a bit detached from the rest of the property. The right choice for those who want to be independent and don’t need to have the pool right beside their accomodation.

2 sleeping rooms (one with a double 160 x 200 cm and one with two single beds 90 x 200 cm), bathroom with shower, seperat toilet, living room with open kitchen, terrace ( 20 m²)

The apartment is fully renovated in 03/2010 and provides washing-machine, flat sreen with astra sat, microwave, new windows and electric heating, big terrace with canigou view, private parking, garage for motorbikes and bicycles  (no dish washer)

price: 590 Euros /week (all fees included), resevation only from saturday to saturday

Studios (one room apartments):

Our studios all have a large room that includes a sleeping area, sitting-room and dining area. All have an equipped separate kitchen, a bath/shower room and toilets, as well as a balcony or an access to the terrace.
The three studios are within the main house (south facing), one on the ground floor, two on the first floor.
They are equipped with a television(Astra), wlan and radio/CD.

Studio 1 (sleeps 2)

Within the main house on the ground floor, with direct access to the parc, it sizes 27 m² (9 m² kitchen and shower room).
Furnishing: double bed (1,60 x 2 m), television, wlan, hifi, sitting and dining area, separate kitchen with fridge, micro-wave/grill oven, coffee maker, 2 ceramic hobs, dishes, cutlery etc.

Within the main house, on the first floor, it measures 33 m² (9 m² for the kitchen and bathroom), view on the parc, balcony.

If you wish to take advantage of our “linen service”, your beds will be made and ready for your arrival and you will have bath and kitchen towels, as well as bath mats at your disposal
